Studio A - LOCATION

The Studio A is built on a prime spot right in the middle of Quezon City, which makes it accessible to all kinds of commercial or government facility. The primary selling point of Studio A is its prime location, which is near some of the biggest colleges and universities in the country. From the main door of the building, one only needs to walk a couple of minutes to reach the campus grounds of the famed Ateneo de Manila University. Besides Ateneo, you will find another quality learning institution, Miriam College (formerly Mary Knoll College).

If you would travel further down Katipunan Avenue, you will find yourself within the campus grounds of the esteemed University of the Philippines Diliman Campus. There are also plenty of other schools and universities outside of the Katipunan Avenue area, like the Far Eastern University Diliman Campus, Polytechnic University of the Philippines Quezon City Campus, and the Philippine Normal University to name a few. So, as you can see, you will not be left wanting for choices when it comes to learning institutions if you are living in Studio A condominiums.

Studio A is also located quite near many commercial establishments. Are you suddenly hankering for a particular kind of cuisine? You just need to go out to Katipunan Avenue and peruse the many different bistros, bars, and restaurants that line this lively highway. Regardless of what time of the day you are attacked by the munchies, you can expect to find at least one place open to cater to your hunger. There are also plenty of student canteens dotting the area if you are looking for a worthwhile meal but you are running low on funds at the moment. This is just one of the perks of living near huge universities in the Philippines.

Shopping malls are also in no short supply here. The nearest one to the Studio A building is the Ayala Malls UP Town Center, which is just along Katipunan Avenue. This large shopping center is chock-full of high-end shops, boutiques, and even more restaurants and cafes. If you are looking for even more, you can head over to the stretch of North Avenue, which is just fifteen minutes away by taxi. You can then choose from three gigantic shopping malls - SM City North EDSA, Ayala TriNoMA, and the Ayala Vertis North. Between these three huge shopping malls, you will surely find whatever it is you might be looking for. If you are a shopaholic, you will not be in danger of suffering from withdrawal symptoms, not by a longshot.

Public transportation is also quite abundant in the area where the Studio A building is standing. There is a 24/7 taxi stand nearby. You can also find plenty of tricycles roving around that can take you on short trips around the Katipunan and Loyola Heights area. Then there is also the Katipunan Avenue station of the LRT Line III, which is within walking distance. The LRT can take you to the Cubao area and into the heart of Manila. Even if you do not have a car of your own, getting around town from Studio A will not be a problem.
